Villa très agréable pour la proximité de la plage et les alentours. Pas de vie à vie pour la piscine ce qui est très bien.
Côté équipement, nous avons été déçu, pourtant nous sommes habitué des grandes villa, faut contact des luminaires dans les chambres, tête de lit non fixé donc bruyant à chaque mouvement, eau chaude non présente la deuxième semaine, nous avons utilisé la douche extérieur et à l'étage, Odeur nauséabonde la deuxième semaine, poignée de porte non fonctionnelle, pas de sac poubelle à notre arrivé, pas d'éponge, aucun nécessaire de nettoyage à disposition. Relevé de compteur pour la clim, c'est la première fois que nous devons être limité sur la consommation, pas d’accès wifi stable. Cadre dans la chambre enfant un peu " morbide"
Literie de la chambre à l'étage, plusieurs matelas superposés et de taille différente, etc...... Trop de chose qui ne vont pas.
Notre avis: nous reviendrons dans la région, mais pas dans la villa LARENA
Nous pensons que la villa à un mauvais rapport qualité prix, il faut revoir, soit la remise en état de la maison soit la baisse du prix.

This 1,500 m2 fenced plot, planted with Mediterranean varieties, is laid out as to take full advantage of the outdoors. Its barbecue area (1 built and 1 Weber) and its large pergola let you take meals in the shade all day round. And to get into the Spanish atmosphere, just a few paces from the property in the paradisiacal landscape of the cove with it crystal clear waters, there are two beach bars which will allow you to enjoy some "tapas" and forget it all.

You will stay in the upper part of the villa, mainly unoccupied by its owners, which looks out entirely over the outdoors and offers peaceful holidays while being a stone's throw from the beach. The gate opens on 2 parking spaces sheltered from the sun. Steps on the left lead you to a 25 m2 terrace covered by a pergola where a wood barbecue, a gas barbecue and a sink have been installed. You enter the house by the kitchen which leads to 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a separate bathroom. Another bedroom has a double bed and adjoining bathroom, a sea view and is laid out on the floor above and has access to the outside where you will find the swimming pool. The villa is air conditioned and all the windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
