You will stay in the upper part of the villa, mainly unoccupied by its owners, which looks out entirely over the outdoors and offers peaceful holidays while being a stone's throw from the beach. The gate opens on 2 parking spaces sheltered from the sun. Steps on the left lead you to a 25 m2 terrace covered by a pergola where a wood barbecue, a gas barbecue and a sink have been installed. You enter the house by the kitchen which leads to 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a separate bathroom. Another bedroom has a double bed and adjoining bathroom, a sea view and is laid out on the floor above and has access to the outside where you will find the swimming pool.
